I am so pleased to offer to partner with you on a fundraiser event for XXXXXXXXXX Elementary School. Avon Canada Inc., for more than a decade has become known as much for its commitment to fundraising efforts as for the quality of its products and service. In fact, since 1993, the Avon Breast Cancer Crusade has raised over $488 million for research, awareness, education, treatment and prevention. AVON is the largest single contributor by a business organization. We are so proud to partner with the NHL (Sidney Crosby print), Curves, Roots, and this year Big Brothers Big Sisters on a national level. I would like to offer your school an Avon fundraiser opportunity. Together I believe we can make great things happen, while providing funds for your school endeavours. My name is XXXXXXX and I am a David H McConnell level- President’s Club Member and among the top representative in the Sunrise Division (Atlantic Provinces). I am committed to assist in your fundraising efforts and with the assistance of your students and their families I am confident we can make the necessary funds materialize. Your fundraising event will consist of a 9 day selling period covering two weekends and once the order is placed products will be delivered to the school within the following week Your group will receive one brochure, one Student/parent letter, and one order form per member (letter and order form to be photocopied by school) to assist in selling to family and friends. Payment for the product is due at the time the customer places the order. On the designated date, order forms must be submitted with payment (cash, money order, school drafted check). Profit Potential
Profits from brochure based fundraisers vary depending on the product and the amount of product needed by your customers. The greatest amount of discount is applied to cosmetics, fragrances and toiletries. On an average fundraiser, our groups earn approximately 30-35% profit margin. For example one student with orders from 10 customers totalling $200 would earn approx $60-$70 for the school. For a group of your size with maximum participation this could potentially mean earnings between $10,000-15,000 for school activities etc.
