Step 1: Enter your e-mail addressYou must use the e-mail address
Step 2: Select the document and language you want to send to your CustomersAlthough many campaigns will appear, you will only be able to generate a link for the active campaigns for your district.
Step 3: Click the “Generate e-Brochure Link” buttonThe system will generate an encrypted link to the e-Brochure you selected with your contact information in the Brochure.
Step 4: Copy the link and paste it into the text of your e-mail message to your CustomersThe system does not automatically send e-mail. You must copy the link shown in the“Your e-Brochure link is:” box and then paste it into an e-mail message to your Customers.You can create your own e-mail message and use your own e-mail address book.
TIP: Send the link in an e-mail to yourself first to test it and see how it looks!

Why use e-Brochures?• To reach last-minute Customers – those who haven’t placed an order yet• To reach distant Customers you can’t visit in person• To be mindful of the environment• To reach a Customer who has lost her paper brochure
Why use paper brochures?• It’s still the most critical investment you make in your business – Customers lovethe experience of getting their brochures and reading them at their leisure• When your brochure is in a Customer’s home, many other people look at it• E-Brochure users like to receive a new paper brochure with their order.So keep your quantities up – you’ll need them for new Customers!
FAQ’S
Q: Do I have to enter my Customer’s e-mail addresses into the Representative web site?
A: No. You will use the Representative web site to generate a link to an e-Brochure.But you will then copy that link and send it to your Customer using your own e-mail.
Q: How do Customers place orders from e-Brochures?
A: Customers will e-mail orders to you. There is a link embedded in the e-Brochurewith your e-mail address already pre-populated.
Q: What if a Customer forwards an e-Brochure to someone who lives too far awayfor me to deliver?
A: Your e-mail address is embedded in all e-mails you send to your Customers, so if your Customer forwards your e-mail to a friend, people you may not know will have your e-mail address, and someone who lives far away might send you an order. If your Customer’s friend doesn’t have a Representative, why not offer her/him the
Turning pagesClick on any page corner, just as if you were flipping through a printed brochure, and the page willautomatically turn. OR, use the navigation buttons to turn pages:
- First Page
- Previous Page
- Enter a specific page number and
- the e-Brochure will open to that page.
- Next Page
- Last Page
Zoom: In (+)/ Out (-)Clicking the Page Mode button changes the way the Brochure is displayed, from facing pages tosingle pages.
Page Mode: Single (1)/Double (2)PrintClicking the Options button opens an Options windowso you can change the language, display, sound and zoom settings.
If the e-Brochure is not displaying clearly or it’s too small, try clicking the Reset Resolution buttonto redisplay the page.
