How to Check your Avon Boxes Upon Delivery

When your avon is delivered to you first check the name on the box (white label on side of box left hand side) to see if it is yours. Next on the right side of the white label by the long bar codes you can check to see how many boxes you have (example) it will show 001/005--- that means you have 5 boxes. If you have a box missing it is easier to tract down the box when we know which box it is (example- 003/005).

About when your orders are expected to be delivered. If our orders go in on a Tuesday by paper or Thursday by internet the actual delivery days will be the following Wednesday and Thursday.  If you have not received your order or you are missing a box, we cannot do anything until the 3rd business day as the Courier has two complete days to deliver the shipment. 

Duplication of missing boxes:

Should you be missing a box from your order, once you have identified the box and notified the District office we will confirm with the Courier that they cannot find the box and notify AVON to duplicate the box.  This can only be initiated two days after the scheduled shipment delivery ends.
