First Steps to Getting Online With Your Avon Business
Check out www.avon.ca and choose your language. Then choose the "Representative Site" option. You will notice that near the bottom of the login page it will say, "Representatives get your password here". Just follow the instructions.
You may notice a short delay in your ability to access the site for the first time however it should be accessible within a few days. This is a very user-friendly site with all kinds of interesting information and tips to help you in your business.
You can place your complete order online, but be sure to keep saving your order as you leave the site and come back. You can continue to save your order until the very last minute of the online order deadline. Once you are ready to submit choose "Order Complete".
**Be careful because if you choose this option and then find you need to order more, it will be processed as two separate orders and will not be added together to determine your true commission level.
For this reason it is very important that you wait until the last day of the campaign due date to submit your order online

Payments:
- When you submit your first order with Avon you do not send in any money. Avon does not expect payment before you receive your products.
- When you send in your second order and every subsequent order after that you will send in the amount owing according to your invoice
- Your profit is the difference between the price the customers pay(usually the brochure price unless you gave them a deal) and the amount you owe Avon according to your invoice.
- Avon will send you a detailed invoice with each order. It will not only show you the amount owing, but it will show you in detail each item, the brochure price, your cost and the tax, etc.
- All online and telebanking payments should be made 3 business days prior to the online order due date to assure that they reach head office on time. This will help prevent possible delays in the processing of your order.

Earnings From Product Sales
New Representatives at Avon earn up to 50% discount by showing the brochures to everyone they meet. New Representatives are guaranteed 40% earnings on the 1st and 2nd order (with minimum sales of $125 before taxes) 40% discount applies only to variable discount categories. Fixed discount categories remain fixed. See back cover of What’s New for category explanation.i
Be sure to order from the "What's New" Flyers. The benefit of this is that you can get one of each item tax- free, plus your discount... and you will have the items on hand to show- and sell to your customers.
Having items to show is a great way to build sales and
increase your earnings!
- Order your next series of brochures, which will be two campaigns ahead. Brochures come in packs of 10 so if you want 70 indicate with the number 7
Remember brochures are the most important part of your business. They are your Avon store.
The more you distribute, with proper follow up, the higher your earnings!
Back Ordering
Items from previous campaigns (1 and 2 campaigns behind) must be ordered as a "back order". Simply indicating the campaign number from which you are ordering in the drop down area to the left of the line number can do this.
